When going through Sasha Pivovarova's portfolio on Models.com, I fell in love with the striking colours in these two recent editorials in which Sasha has starred in.

This first editorial - for Italian Vogue March 2010 - I definitely think could have easily been inspired by the 1980's American comedy horror fantasy film Beetlejuice, that was directed by Tim Burton no less!!!
Is Sasha supposed to be reminiscent of what Beetlejuices wife would have looked like perhaps???

I just love love love the styling in this editorial for Interviews February 2010 issue. It's like they let a group of 30 kids run riot on this shoot with a huge box of Paper & Crayola. The outcome being a magical mix of colour, jagged edges with a bit of sparkle.
Who ever knew that graffiti & huge fake jewels could look so good!!!
Won't you agree?

Many of you fashionistas have probably already seen this before but these pics have been sitting in my folder for a while now & I thought it would be a crime not to share these 'extremely clever' images with those of you whom haven't seen them.
This is Steven Meisel shooting for italian vogues december issue.

I came across this old Vogue Paris editorial from June 2009.
Two words - Love it!!!!
This editorial certainly ages well, I think you could easily slip this into a modern Italian Vogue & get just as sterling an impact as it did in 2009.
