I haven't done a FFFFOUND! post in some time now so I feel it is very deserved of  place in today's lazy Sunday slot.
Instead of 'Style Spotting' at the races today (due to water logging) as twas planned, i have opted for a lazy Sunday afternoon browsing through my fave imagery website FFFFOUND!
Honestly I could do this all day everyday, it is as addictive as well.... kissing is as good an example as any ;) Seriously though, you click into one image & see another so click into that one then it just spirals totally out of control & the next thing you know it is 3 hours later.... woopsy!
But it tis a world of truly inspirational imagery that I would highly recommend visiting but only if you have the time because as I mentioned earlier you are guaranteed to spend waaaaay more time on it than planned - you have been Warned!!!

Bisous,

Róisín xoxo

ASOS have launched their very first Ad Campaign in uniquely trendy style no less, teaming up with the excruciatingly hip & multi-talented portrait, interiors, illustrator and fashion photographer of the moment 'Todd Selby'.

He is infamous amongst the creative scene in his residing city of New York & throughout the world for creating an "insider’s view of creative individuals in their personal spaces with an artist's eye for detail." His work became so popular he was getting up to 55,000 unique hits a day, which undoubtedly led to collaborations with some of fashions biggest names such as Vogue Paris, Nike, Habitat & of course the most recent being ASOS.
He started his website back in July 2008 & it has grown & grown ever since. You can check out some his inspiring work - including the ASOS Project - at Todd's website www.theselby.com.

If you work in the fashion business in anyway, then you will surely know whom the - iconic & international celebrity - photographer Terry Richardson is.  As quoted in his biography he is, " one of the most prolific and compelling photographers of his generation."

But if you have never heard him, then you absolutely MUST check out Terry's - epitome of cool - website self titled 'TERRY RICHARDSON', to find out more about this ridiculously intriguing man and his work.

// DUST \\

Italian Vogue, June 1999
Photographer: Steven Meisel
Fashion editor: Karl Templer
Model: A very young Gisele Bündchen

I came across this old Vogue Paris editorial from June 2009.
Two words - Love it!!!!
This editorial certainly ages well, I think you could easily slip this into a modern Italian Vogue & get just as sterling an impact as it did in 2009.

// MIRAGE  # 1 \\

When in a foreign country I always love to check out the local fashion mags for insight into their style of editorial, photography & styling. Our european counterparts can differ hugely as to their interpretation of what is fashionable & how they portray that in their photo shoots. I find this a huge source of inspiration & on my recent visit to Frankfurt, I got very excited when I came across the newest magazine to come out of Germany called: Mirage (Nr1).
Mirage's tag line for their 1st issue is "Fashion, Swimwear, and Jetset Hedonism". Per Wikipedia, Hedonism is described as a "Philosophy that pleasure is of the ultimate importance" & the word it self is from the Greek origin of the word delight.
Mirage has a Self Service-esque feel to it & without further adieu I have compiled a number of single images from most of the editorials, to give you a better visualization of what the new magazine is all about!
