// KINGS OF FASHION \\

Not surprisingly Kings of Leon are venturing into fashion & look set to continue their march to world domination with the launch of a new menswear capsule collection, with the Parisian fashion label Surface to Air. The collection, called  S2A x KOL, will hit the S2A Paris store in January & at select global retailers including Barneys New York.
Always donning effortlessly stylish attire, both on & off stage, the collection will inevitably comprise of KOL staple (rock look) pieces such as leather jackets, flannel shirts & bandanas.
Here is a sneaky preview especially for you, Ssssssh....

// Behind the scenes \\

I came across these images at the Dazed Digital Lady Gaga video shoot which I just Love!

Lady gaga I think is someone people either love or hate when it comes both to her music & her extremely audacious style.
I must admit she kind of irritated me @ 1st but slowly she is becoming a style icon in her own right & been recognized for her captivating/entertaining personal style in the fashion as well as the music world. Constantly pushing the boundaries with her bold choices of styles, most memorable being her outfits of choice for the recent VMA's where she managed to get every fashionista's tongue wagging at her incredibly kooky ensembles.
Dazed & Confused - it's founding editors being Jefferson Hack & Rankin - is one of Britains most notable style magazines covering topics that include music, fashion, art & film.
With a reputation for celebrity portraiture, inventive graphic design and an inspirational fashion team attracting cover stars such as Bjork, Pharrel, Radioheads Thom Yorke & Jarvis Cocker, it is a testament in itself that Dazed Digital have exclusively premiered an inspiring collaboration between Lady Gaga and fashion filmmaker Kathryn Ferguson, displaying a very different side to this year's most exhilarating pop phenomenon.

// The Vampire Wears Wildfox Couture \\

Lets see...what year did Interview with the Vampire come out? 1994!!!!

I was 11 & have been hooked on the vampire craze ever since!!! And with the sequel to the phenomenally huge hit of 2008/09 that was 'Twilight ' returning to our screens in November,

 (it's called 'New Moon' for those of whom were living under a rock for the past year) along with an equally tasty vampire drama 'True Blood' hitting our TV screens very soon too it would be pretty genius for someone in the fashion world to design a collection with this vampire craze in mind........

So without further adieu Wildfox Couture  have just the thing to wet your vampire hungry appetites in the meantime with their delightful - & pretty genius idea - vampire-inspired collection & lookbook!

You are able to obtain these cute vampire-inspired T's with the 'My bofriend is a vampire' been my personal fave...... Come on who hasn't fantasized Robert Patterson been their boyfriend?!?! ;)

Here are a few more pieces to covet over

// If Fashion is Your RELIGION-This Is Your BIBLE \\

The September Issue:  is  about  the  making  of  the  September  2007  issue  of  Vogue.  Anna  Wintour,  who  is  the  editor-in-chief  of  the  US  magazine  has  insisted  The  Devil  Wears  Prada  was  fiction  and  not  based  on  Vogue,  hmmmm.....

Well we will all soon be able to make up our own minds about that one! The September Issue officially premiered in New York last week, and attracted the créme de la créme from the fashion world such as model of the moment Chanel Iman, Sienna Miller, Oscar De La Renta & Marc Jacobs.

The behind-the-scenes documentary on the magazine - gives us an eagerly anticipated peak into what really goes on behind those glossy design clad front doors. We can look forward to scenes such as, Anna grilling two editors on whether pink is the most appropriate message for September to the revelation that Grace Coddington is 'the last remaining fashion editor who dresses the models herself'.
Filming in the Vogue offices for eight months, they managed to come away with over 300 hours of footage, you can look forward to seeing the likes of daughter Bee Shaffer, plus plenty of designers — Karl Lagerfeld, Thakoon Panichgul, Nicolas Ghesquiere — all making appearances, and there's even an especially timely moment where Wintour ponders the end of her career.......Watch this space!!!
