// DUBLIN STREET STYLE \\

Spotted: The Gallery of Photography, Temple Bar, Dublin 2
Who: Darragh Shanahan, Marketing Manager of The Gallery of Photography

Style: The Quilted Jacket Dude!!!
What's not to love about the quilted jacket?
Comfort, durability, design are all characteristics that make this one desirable piece.
The pairing of a polyester outer shell and nylon lining is the perfect armor to fight off chilly/wet conditions that festival season in unpredictable Ireland can all to frequently bring about, so this is one piece that will certainly be on the top of my fashion check list :D

Darragh teamed his with turned up raw dark denim jeans & brown suede desert boots for the perfect cool, casual look.

// THE SUBURBIAN \\

Spotted: Bewley's Café
Who: Jonathan Smith, founder of soon to be launched lifestyle magazine, SUBURBIA!

Style: The Modern Man's Suit!
Emulating style of Tom Ford, Jude Law & co. 'The Confidence Cut' perfectly describes Jonathan's dapper look. This is where the look is smart but relaxed, sophisticated but cool, a cut of suit for a gent who can comfortably wear those extra little details that Joe Average generally lacks the confidence to wear out of fear of derision.

Brown Brogues:   Aldo
Navy suit:   River Island
White Shirt:   River Island
Brown Leather Satchel:   Topman

Spotted: South William Street, Dublin 2
Who:  Band members Jamie & Mark, who work together at McCullough Pigott Music Shop & are two of a three part Indie band called The Ambience Affair

Style: I caught these two guy's in the midst of working hard moving furniture yesterday morning (random I know) & couldn't resist grabbing them for a quick pic of their preppy/urban gent style donning woolen cardigans, with pink t-shirt/ lime green shirt & skinny tie, worn denim & Camper runners.... Trés Trés Retro!

Spotted: South William Street
Who: Chris, works in Dublin's contemporary approach to hair & styling, the uber trendy hair salon Peter Marks Style Club
 Style: I spotted Chris enjoying a morning cigarette before an early start in work & ironically enough it was his hair that first caught my eye.
Along with his tweed coat, maroon brogues & piercings, Chris's style is dapper with his own edgy take. Love it!!!

// MENS STREET TREND \\

The Green Coat

 Green is a color I miss a lot during cold months & I think a green coat will help you bring back the good memories of summer and spring. It has caught my eye of late on a lot of various street style blogs that I've being looking at & it seems to be 'The' colour of choice for many of these stylish men.
Be it a Blazer, Bomber, Barbour, Pea or any kind of coat or jacket for that matter as long as it is Green. The more vibrant the better....

 Lets hope it catches on because I think it looks rather dapper on all these guys!!! ;)

I noticed that I have been very lax when it comes to style posts for the guy's so please accept my sincerest of apologies. To make up for it I have scoured the 'best of' street style blogs & found some amazing looks to inspire even the least fashion conscious of you men ;)

This is one style that suits everyone from the young right through to the wiser of men.
Just by teaming a pair of slightly rolled up trousers/jeans - to a little above your ankle - with anything from brogues, boat shoes to your canvas runners.... this is one perfect outfit for the warm summer months & looks effortlessly cool.

Sometimes it's the simplest & the smallest of details that make the biggest impact!
