Is a Diana F+ Lomography Camera

I am now a proud owner of a DIANA F+ - otherwise known as a lomography camera -Yeeeaay!!!

It is a super special all-plastic old school camera that takes the most amaaaazing photos, as you wil soon see. The Diana camera is a cult legend – famous for its dreamy, radiant, and lo-fi images so as soon as I take some and develop them ill put them straight up!!!

But in the mean time take a look at some really cool pics that I got from the lomography website.

 Although just to let you know I have exams coming up for the month of January :( so it might be not be until end of Jan/start of Feb until I have time to take & develop them, so please bare with me :)

// SEX & THE CITY 2 \\

Just in time for Christmas, here is the first sneak preview into what we can expect from the SATC sequel, out in May 2010. We see the girls back in their usual stylish haunt of Manhattan and also (surprisingly I might add) Morocco and who knows where else. 

In the first scene we see Carrie wearing the same fabulous Gold Aviators as we did in 'Sex and the City' teaser poster below.

You can see that Carrie still has her old studio & Big, Miranda is still with Steve, Charlotte looks very content baking lots of cupcakes in domestic bliss & Samantha looks like she will be back to her old (far more humorous I think) man eating ways.

After seeing this clip I now cannot wait to buy my ticket!!!

Woooow...... Wait til you see the pics from January's Elle Italia's cover shoot. 

The shoot photographed by the infamous Alexei Hay & modeled by the beautiful Liya Kebede, is combined of 2 former trends that I have previously posted about - Big Hair & Tutu's. 

I was sold from this alone but alas that was not it - Rollerskates & Haute Couture dresses are also a main feature in this editorial & I have to say, the 4 dominant elements mixed together, make for a fantastic grunge/hobo chic-esque styled shoot!!!!

Absolutely devastating. Especially because this comes as no surprise!"

Now I know this ad is months old but I've been seeing it on tv alot lately & I don't know if it is the song by Donna Summer - I Feel Love (Gucci Remix) or if it is the amazing magical cinematography of the video but everytime I see it, it literally makes the hairs stand up on the back of my neck.
The song is just as beautiful as the commercial itself & I could just watch it over and over again.
It makes you want to be there in that very field of flowers wearing the very beautiful & “iconic” floral print Flora Dress, which was first revealed on a Gucci scarf back in in 1966 for the royal Princess Grace.
Let's hope I get this in my santa stocking this christmas ;)
